Hi, thanks so much we have had a comfy and cosy holiday. Thankfully it was a bit rainy so we had an excuse to be lazy and enjoy the cottage. Would recommend the animal sanctuary on the way to Drymen “Harmony Fields”. Coffee shop along the road is lovely and heading to Aberfoyle the Garden Centre cafe 2 miles away was also yummy. Today we stopped off at Balloch Castle Country Park. We also went to the Safari Park and Aquarium.
We hope to return again. Jenny and family.

A handy base for visiting family, we enjoyed Briarlands, near Blairdrummond, the bike skills park at Aberfoyle, David Marshall Lodge and watching the swallows at the cottage hear!

Loved the cottage, well placed to see area. Loch Katrine with boat trip, well worth it, and forest walks. Stirling worth a visit. A week of sunshine also helped.
